البيانات اللي بنجمعها
- رابط موقعك الحالي وبيانات نشاطك اللي بتبعتهالنا (الاسم، المنتجات، الصور، الشعار).
- رسايلك معانا على واتساب أو الإيميل، واسمك ورقم تليفونك.
- تأكيدات الدفع وبيانات الفواتير اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة.
- لو استخدمت صفحة «افحص موقعك»: اللينك اللي فحصته ونتيجة الفحص، ولو سبت بياناتك: اسمك وإيميلك أو موبايلك ووقت موافقتك إننا نتواصل معاك. عنوان الـ IP مش بيتحفظ، بنحفظ بصمة مشفّرة منه بس عشان نمنع الإساءة.
بنستخدمها في إيه
- تجهيز تصوّر مجاني لموقعك وعرض السعر.
- تنفيذ الخدمة وتسليمها والدعم بعد التسليم.
- الرد على استفساراتك ومتابعة طلبك.
مين بيشوف بياناتك
بنستخدم مزوّدي خدمات بيعالجوا البيانات بالنيابة عننا فقط: Meta (منصة واتساب للأعمال)، Chatwoot (صندوق الرسايل)، Zoho Mail (الإيميل)، Vercel (استضافة المواقع)، ومزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي Anthropic وOpenAI لتجهيز التصميمات والردود. إحنا مش بنبيع بياناتك لأي حد.
مدة الاحتفاظ
بنحتفظ بالبيانات طول ما الخدمة شغالة، وبعدها لمدة أقصاها 3 سنين للسجلات المحاسبية والقانونية، وبعدين بتتمسح.
حقوقك
طبقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020، من حقك تطّلع على بياناتك، تصححها، تطلب مسحها، أو تسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. ابعت طلبك على info@nawafezco.com وهنرد خلال 30 يوم.
إيقاف الرسايل
لو مش حابب تستقبل رسايل مننا، ابعت كلمة «إلغاء» على واتساب أو رد على أي إيميل بنفس الكلمة، ومش هنتواصل معاك تاني.
الكوكيز وMeta Pixel
لما تفتح الموقع أول مرة بنسألك «موافق / رفض». لو رفضت، مفيش أي كوكيز إعلانات أو تتبع بتشتغل. لو وافقت، بنشغّل Meta Pixel (من Meta Platforms) عشان نعرف إعلاناتنا على فيسبوك وإنستجرام بتجيب زيارات ولا لأ: بيسجّل الصفحات اللي فتحتها، وضغطك على زرار واتساب، وفتح صفحة الدفع، وإرسال فورم «افحص موقعك». Meta بتحط كوكيز (_fbp، و_fbc لو جيت من إعلان).
ولو وافقت، سيرفرنا كمان بيبعت نفس الأحداث لـ Meta عن طريق Conversions API، ومعاها عنوان الـ IP ونوع المتصفح وكوكيز Meta. لو سبت إيميلك أو موبايلك في فورم «افحص موقعك»، بنبعتهم مشفّرين تشفير أحادي (SHA-256) بس، عشان Meta تقدر تعرف إن الزيارة جت من إعلان، ومش بنبعت أي بيانات انت ما كتبتهاش. Meta ممكن تعالج البيانات دي خارج مصر طبقًا لسياستها: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
تقدر تغيّر رأيك في أي وقت: غيّر إعدادات الكوكيز.

Who we are

What we collect
- Your current website link and the business information you send us (name, products, photos, logo).
- Your messages with us on WhatsApp or email, your name and phone number.
- Payment confirmations and billing details needed to provide the service.
- If you use the «check your site» page: the link you checked and the result; if you leave your details, your name, email or mobile and the time you agreed to be contacted. We do not store your IP address, only a one-way hash of it to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To prepare a free design preview and a quote.
- To deliver the service and provide support after delivery.
- To answer your questions and follow up on your order.
Who processes it
We use service providers that process data only on our behalf: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), Chatwoot (inbox), Zoho Mail (email), Vercel (website hosting), and the AI providers Anthropic and OpenAI to prepare designs and replies. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep data while the service is active, then for up to 3 years for accounting and legal records, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 you may access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@nawafezco.com; we reply within 30 days.
Stopping messages
To stop receiving messages from us, send "STOP" (or «إلغاء») on WhatsApp or reply to any email with the same word.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
On your first visit we ask «Accept / Decline». If you decline, no advertising or tracking cookies run. If you accept, we run the Meta Pixel (by Meta Platforms) to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring visits: it records the pages you open, clicks on WhatsApp buttons, opening the payment page and sending the «check your site» form. Meta sets cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you came from an ad).
If you accept, our server also sends the same events to Meta through the Conversions API, with your IP address, browser type and the Meta cookies. If you leave your email or mobile in the «check your site» form, we send them only as a one-way hash (SHA-256) so Meta can match the visit to an ad; we never send anything you did not type. Meta may process this data outside Egypt under its own policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
